What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a warm and upbeat approach. I like working with people with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety and other problems that require patience, caring, and a cognitive behavioral (but humanistic) approach. I enjoy the LGBTQ community and come as an ally. I have had success working with younger and middle-age males who have a history of trauma, work difficulties, relational problems and sometimes drug and alcohol problems. I enjoy creating an environment where a person can feel comfortable enough to be able to share whatever it is they need to share in order to grow and release pain and move forward in life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Michael Pearson, my supervisor, will take care of the billing part of it. I can do sessions with Google Meet and other telehealth platforms. Hope to see you soon.
