I bring nearly ten years of experience guiding adults and teens through their therapy journeys. My background spans inpatient hospital settings, outpatient community health centers, specialized outpatient clinics, and private practice, providing me with a broad perspective on mental wellness. I hold a holistic view of therapy and emphasize the importance of nurturing overall health and wellness. I encourage clients to examine their habits, relationship dynamics, and lifestyle choices as integral components of mental health, empowering them to uncover and overcome barriers to personal growth.
I am a staunch advocate for evidence-based methodologies, incorporating CBT, DBT, and REBT, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each client. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, disordered eating and body image, couples and relationship issues, life transitions, chronic pain, grief, trauma, stress, and health/wellness.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Xavier University. This educational foundation supports my commitment to providing compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual’s journey.
