Welcome! I’m a psychotherapist living and working in Watertown, Massachusetts, treating adults and adolescents. I am an active and engaged therapist, and I prioritize rapport, creativity, humor, flexibility, and curiosity. I take pride in helping clients move quickly toward their goals while feeling heard, held, and supported. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief and loss, family and relationship-based stressors, and post-traumatic stress. I am a Certified Ecotherapist and am trained in Internal Family Systems therapy. Prior to opening my practice, I worked for a small group practice and in child and adolescent inpatient psychiatry. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and an MEd in Special Education from George Mason University.
