Ari’s technique of therapy is fun, creative, effective and he makes you feel very comfortable to open up. He is also very direct and solution focused. I learn something new in every session and he makes it very easy to understand. Initially I did feel like 45 mins is short but if I planned it well, I was able to address all the concerns I needed for that visit. He is flexible with time and date too. A pleasure to work with!
From the initial consultation to my latest sessions, Ari has continued to set a comfortable and encouraging environment to discuss tough topics and lay down personal, action-oriented goals, no matter how small or big they are. He is kind, empathetic, and insightful. He listens when you want to discuss something specific and is able to provide context to things you may not have thought about or explored. Ari has helped me learn and uncover parts of myself I never thought to give attention to. He is accessible, flexible, and willing to work with you if you have time conflicts. I am grateful to Ari as he has guided me through some very difficult family issues. I recommend him to anyone wishing to work on bettering themselves one day at a time.
