I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years of psychotherapy experience. I work with adults who are working through challenges such as trauma and grief, managing mood and anxiety disorders, and navigating stressors such as family and relationship issues. I provide therapy with couples and families for improving communication, handling strong emotions, and setting healthy boundaries.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a highly relational style of psychotherapy. I work to create an empathic space for clients to explore and improve their relationships with themselves and others, process emotional experiences, and modify beliefs that are influencing their behavior.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we will identify therapy goals and collaboratively work toward them. With all therapy, my aim is to help clients turn challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
