Leap of Faith MHC PLLC is dedicated to providing quality care for our clients. As the Founder, I intentionally hired gifted mind shifters to help others transform into better versions of themselves. Life is tough, and it is important that you don't allow your wounds to define it. Here at Leap of Faith MHC, we know that our clients are triumphant, and it is our job to support you in rewriting your story. I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, which informs my commitment to providing thoughtful, effective care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am passionate about creating and providing an emotionally safe and open space that is free of judgement, for my clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and concerns. I find value in collaborating to help you discover your inner strength, resilience, and untapped potential. I specialize in helping individuals navigate with anxiety, depression, grief, generational trauma, day-to-day stressors, life changes, relational issues, women's issues, and self-esteem.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I aim to provide you with the tools and skills needed to move forward towards the growth and change you need and want. Wherever you are on your journey, we can navigate it together.

Ariana was safe warm and diligent, there were times in session where I was shy and she made it a wam environment for me to open up, She was able to move at my pace and get to the underlying root of how and why I was feeling what I was feeling. She is always prompt for our sessions and she teaches me coping skills to help me navigate throughout the week. She is wonderful, I look forward to our weekly sessions

The moment I finished speaking with Ariana I felt a sense of calm. She has such a pleasant demeanor and helped me focus on my healing process. I was able to seek out resources with her guidance and I didn’t feel forced to accept any of her suggestions. I am glad that therapist such as her can show their professional side and still feel like I am talking to a cool family member or friend . I can’t wait to speak with her again!
