Have you ever found yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand—feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that seem impossible to change? I work with individuals, couples and families as a support while navigating your phases of depression, grief, life transitions and other stressors. I am passionate about children, parents, teens, and couples who are struggling with relationship conflicts, big emotions, and behavior challenges, who wish to create a happier, healthier home environment. It is my goal to offer a curious, non-judgmental space as we explore and collaborate in ways to address your life experience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in developmental attachment frameworks including Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security. I utilize Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For families that are transitioning into parenthood, I have training in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to create a space for growth, healing, and resilience. I offer evidence-based therapy to support individuals, couples and families with identifying their strengths, implementing coping skills, and increasing awareness of emotional needs.
