I am passionate about working with Transitional Age Youth (TAY) who have experienced adversities due to abuse, racism, social injustices, and immigration. As an intersectional feminist, I strive to create equitable environments for my students and patients. I take an eclectic approach with my patients. I provide unconditional positive regard while also discussing Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to facilitate change.
