Getting to know Ariana McZeal

Hi! I'm Ariana! Welcome to the first step in your journey to healing. I serve all who come seeking to improve themselves in any capacity. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas, Arlington, and I am a provider who values strong communication, honesty, mutual respect, and, most of all, a good laugh. Safety is always my priority when it comes to your care. I work to equip you with the tools to find strength, consistency, and peace in building a life that works for you on your terms. Whether you need to create boundaries, learn to prioritize yourself, or manage symptoms of depression or anxiety, no need is unworthy of the time it takes to heal. Let’s work together to build success, happiness, and joy. I’m ready when you are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session is used to set our precedent. I ask some (okay, maybe a lot) of questions but this is your time! I want to talk about your thoughts on therapy, your feelings on our situation, what's important to you and what you value. I use our first session to get to know you - for me to help you as best as I can I need to know what makes you, you. You can expect to feel, be challenged, and hopefully laugh - the work we are doing is hard, but it doesn't always have to be difficult to get through.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Ariana is very warm and endearing immediately. She is a fantastic listener. I feel as though I have been in session with her for years because of how much of what she says to guide me is relevant and effective
