I specialize in working with children and parents who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, and the stress that comes with navigating big emotions. Many of the families I work with are trying their best while feeling unsure of how to support their child or restore calm and connection at home.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help children and parents build emotional awareness, and feel more confident responding to stress and big feelings. My approach is warm, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. With kids, therapy is play-based, allowing them to communicate in ways that feel natural and safe. With parents, I focus on mindfulness, changing patterns, and validation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

This work is deeply meaningful to me because I believe families do not need to be fixed, they need support. I'm passionate about helping families through difficult seasons so they can feel more connected and hopeful. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy and walk alongside your family, please reach out to see if we're a good fit. During our initial sessions, we will discuss your goals and create a plan together to address the symptoms that are negatively affecting you. Most of my clients have shared an increase in their understanding of themselves and others through counseling, bringing a sense of calm into their day-to-day lives.
