“Honestly I’ve tried therapy on and off for years, never finding anyone who truly has helped me. Right away I knew Ari was the one. She has helped me stay grounded, shift my mindset and just listens. I know that is her job but it’s the energy and the way she approaches our sessions that truly makes me feel SO SAFE. I thank the universe for being able to cross paths with her and for once in my life, I’m excited to heal and face traumas because I have her by my side! I would recommend her over and over again. So amazing”

Getting to know Ariana Savich

My name is Ariana, and I have a passion for serving my community, addressing issues ranging from relationship and family conflict to managing depression and anxiety. I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University and my Bachelor's degree from California State University Channel Islands. I have been licensed and maintained a private practice for over 9 years, with more than 18 years of experience serving the mental health community. Throughout my career, I have worked in various community and mental health settings, supporting individuals and families facing domestic violence and abuse, eating disorders, addiction recovery, and more. This diverse experience allows me to create specialized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual I serve. Through my education, work, and life experience, I have chosen to focus my practice on helping individuals and families navigate life stage changes, stress, burnout, and coping with current emotional and relational challenges. My goal is to assist clients in establishing healthy, functional, and thriving lives and relationships. I take a collaborative approach to specifically identify your strengths and areas where support is needed. I offer availability during morning, day, and evening hours to accommodate your schedule.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrative model with determining a treatment plan for every individual, couple, and family that I work with. Even though I have learned and practiced multiple treatment approaches, I know that there is no "one size fits all" therapy or an approach that works for everyone or fits everyone's needs. Therefore, I make sure to be thorough in my evaluation to determine the best treatment plans for you. **Note: I am not a Doctor or Psychiatrist so I do not prescribe medication.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Because I take an Integrative approach to the needs of every client I work with, I make sure it is also a Collaborative one. We will participate in a lot of talk therapy initially so I get to know you and listen to what you feel you want help with. Very early on you will also notice that we together will determine and identify treatment goals so that you are informed and have a plan to focus on and I am able to stay connected to your personal goals as well as the treatment plan I believe will best serve you. I am very transparent and want to make sure we establish trust and rapport by being very clear about how I feel I can best serve you through the identified goals as well as you feeling free to be transparent with me about how you feel and what you need.

In-network insurances

Ariana Savich, LMFT is not in-network with any insurances

It’s common for mental health providers to be out-of-network. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, so you may get partially reimbursed. Learn more

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Ongoing session: $150-225 for 45 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay

More information on payments and coverage

I do not accept insurance. Self Pay options only. I will provide a super-bill for anyone that wants to submit to their insurance company that they have an out of network benefit with for reimbursement. I will negotiate a sliding fee scale for anyone in financial hardship or within a lower income bracket. I am really flexible with this because I do want to make therapy affordable for everyone and can provide more information about what a sliding scale fee is directly if you believe you need the assistance. I use an app called IVY Pay where you put in your own payment information and will be charged at the end of every session. IVY pay is HIPPA compliant and it makes sure I don't have access to your payment information and you have the flexibility to update and change your information anytime you need to. The range of $150-225 is to show the difference between individual sessions and couples/family sessions for 45 minutes. Depending on the needs, I also negotiate a difference rate for couples or families that need hour and a half sessions.

I have been working with Ariana for about a year and a half. She is the third therapist I have seen in my adulthood and I am so glad I continued to search until I found her! She has helped me deal with personal matters with my family, friends, and romantic relationships, as well as personal feelings about myself. I have always felt supported by Ari. She is empathetic, a great listener, and provides additional perspective to my various situations. During our initial consultation, I told Ari that I would likely need her to push at times in order for me to make progress toward my therapy goals. She has continued to encourage and propel me forward at all the right times. I think people sometimes forget that therapy can be hard. That's why finding the right therapist for your needs is so important. I am grateful to be working with Ari and find our sessions so valuable.
Ariana is an amazing therapist! i’ve been seeing her for over two years now and she has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. I would recommend her because she gives great advice and remembers details about my life that make me feel like she’s truly there to listen and help!
Prior to working with Ariana, I had a few negative experiences with other therapists in the area. She was originally recommended to me by a friend of a friend at a time when I desperately needed support. Ariana made me feel comfortable right away and I truly appreciate her approach to therapy. She is compassionate, will tell it like it is, and also give you the tools you need to move forward in productive ways. I have now been working together with her since 2019 and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I would recommend her to any friend or family member searching for a qualified therapist.
Ariana has been my therapist for a few years now, and I am not exaggerating when I say that she saved my life. She has been both my individual and family therapist, and excels in both areas. Throughout my life I have seen 7 different therapists, and Ariana is by and large the best one. She is among the most genuine, kind, and understanding people I know. I cannot recommend her enough.
Ariana came highly recommended from a friend and right away I felt relived talking to her. I never felt the need to seek professional help but after covid and some life changes events I felt like there are some personal issues I need to deal with and I can honestly say it made a big difference in my life. Ariana is easy to talk to and our sessions feel like I am talking to a good friend who gives me a better perspective about situations in my life and makes me look on things in a different light. I try to talk with her a few times a month but even if (because of my hectic work schedule) we don’t talk for sometime she have notes and remembers everything. I don’t feel like I need to repeat myself and remind her details. She remembers. And to me that’s super important. I always look forward to our sessions together and I feel like she really helps me navigate life.
Ariana Savich is a very good therapist. I can’t recommend her enough. She makes time for my needs in a timely manner and is available when I need her.
Ariana is an outstanding therapist because she truly cares about her patients. She is incredibly warm and down-to-earth, which has always allowed me to feel comfortable and fully at ease during our sessions. I genuinely don’t know where I would be today without Ariana’s help and guidance over the years. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to become a better, stronger version of themselves! ??
I've had the pleasure of working with Ariana Savich as my therapist for almost a year, and it has been a life-changing experience. She has always provided a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She's an excellent listener and has a genuine interest in understanding my perspectives and needs. Ariana's guidance and support have helped me to gain a better understanding of myself and my behaviors. Additionally, she has provided me with practical tools and strategies to manage my emotions and cope with difficult situations. Through our sessions, I've experienced significant personal growth and feel more confident in my ability to navigate life's challenges. I highly recommend Ariana Savich as a therapist to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled professional.
Ariana is incredibly understanding, encouraging and insightful. I have had so many “aha” moments with her guidance that I lost count. Seeing Ariana has truly been transformative. I feel like she gets me and has my best interest at heart always. She is wise and professional and creates a space that allows for comfort in authenticity. If you are looking for a therapist that has all the best qualities, I highly recommend Ariana Savich.
