Do you ever feel like you can't seem to find your happy place in life? Like everything you're doing isn't working and you're stuck in a cycle that doesn't serve you? Most of the individuals I work with have struggled in these cycles for some time and are looking to build a life they truly want to live. As a therapist with a Master's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver, I help people identify the goals they want to achieve and create a plan to get there.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a compassionate, warm, and inviting space for you to work through various obstacles or questions you have about life to create one you’re ultimately happy with. I take a holistic approach that includes pieces from DBT, CBT, and use Motivational Interviewing to really gain an idea of where you are in your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Taking the first step to find a therapist is an incredible act of self love, perseverance and courage. I honor that step within you and I am so proud of you for taking it.
