I strongly believe healing happens when we feel we belong. Therefore, I really value helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood in therapy. I love to help people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD using evidence-based approaches. I also have a special interest in supporting the mental health of people of color. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from William James College, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care.
