“I worked alongside Ari for four years at The Juniper Center before she left to start her own practice. She was highly sought-after and was one of our most beloved therapists. She is particularly adept at working with young trans people and their families. Clients who saw both of us spoke very highly of her and always recommended her to their friends. What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide an affirming, non-judgemental space for individuals to express themselves. I utilize different modalities to help facilitate therapeutic growth. My goal is to help individuals make healthy life choices and gain strength to be their own selves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I love working with a mix of clients that range in presenting issues. I enjoy seeing parents that are navigating their child's queer or trans identity, adults exploring family of origin issues, or women struggle with self-esteem. My approach is eclectic, with a mix of evidence based practices. I feel strongly about client's having self-determination and choosing how they want therapy to look. My most used modalities are Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion Skill Building, and CBT.
