I provide support with experiences of depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, relationship and family of origin challenges, and school issues. You don’t have to go it alone. I hope to create a safe space with you where we can explore things together, and you can feel empowered to make meaningful change in your life. I work with adults across the lifespan, and have particular experience working with emerging and young adults (18+). I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy that is supportive, relational, and attachment focused. My work is guided by the idea that childhood relationships have a lasting impact, and come to shape a person’s sense of themselves, others, and the world. Together we will collaborate to uncover the underlying patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that may have served you at one time in your life, but that are now blocking you from living the life you want.
