Hello, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY with close to 20 years in the mental health field and 11 years of post-master’s clinical experience. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work with individuals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, adjustment, LGBTQ+ matters and many others. I implement evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR. I work primarily with adults of all identities. Sessions are engaging and supportive via telehealth. I had to leave this particular therapist. I started to notice A trend that my appointments were being canceled ( sometimes the day of) and I always had to find an appointment time at a further date way down in the calendar because the doctor seemingly never had any open times…Seemingly. So, I decided to find another practice to goto. But the one session I did have was lovely. I am Yet every grateful.
