Hi, I’m Arlen a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Orange County, California offering in person and tele-health sessions. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, with a focus on honoring the whole person and their unique lived experience. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth and fulfillment. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, seen, and understood. My passion for this work is shaped not only by my education and clinical training, but also by my own personal healing journey—I’ve been in the client’s seat too, and I continue to do the work alongside you. Healing is not linear, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, integrating a relational and humanistic foundation with evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered and psychodynamic therapy.
