I have worked in various settings and I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a range of issues, including substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. My approach I specialize in various therapeutic modalities, including family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices and psychodynamic psychotherapy, to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
