“My first therapy session after stopping for a solid year. However, Dr.Perez was amazing as she asked so many great questions and was such a great listener, allowing me to express how I was coping with certain things in situations. I would highly recommend as she’s personable and you can feel an immediate warmth and you can exhale knowing it’s a safe space.”

I was very nervous about starting therapy, but Dr. Perez was very sweet and welcoming. Living with ADHD, I wanted to try CBT so that I can work on skills alongside my medication. I am excited to see where this takes me!

I have always been terrified of therapy. The idea of talking to someone about my past and my not-so-proud moments was scary but she made me feel accepted and safe. My favorite part about my sessions were the thoughtful questions that she asked that helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself.
My therapist has been amazing. She's always on time and has been above and beyond. I was always in denial but upon having a session with her I knew she was the real deal. She goes above and beyond.
During the time that Arleth was my therapist I realized that even if she is my therapist, she genuinly was caring and listened to me because she wanted to and not everyone is like that.
It was very important for me to find a culturally knowlegable therapist. Finding Arleth was great b/c she is insightful on issues of race and inequality. As an afro-latino and a first generation American, I struggled with my sense of identity. Arleth made me feel like she truly understood my experience and helped me to resolve my inner-conflict.
Arleth is relatable and made me feel understood. She listened to me non-judgmentally, supported me, and held me accountable when it was necessary.
My experience with Arleth was great. I felt cared for and heard. I have had anxiety for a long time and had been to other therapists but none have helped me to recognize & challenge my anxiety like she has. She patiently lead me in developing the coping skills necessary to overcome the self-doubt that was sabotoging my work & my relationships.
Arleth is a genuinely caring person and a skillfull therapist. She was there for me during the hardest time of my life when I was going through my divorce. She helped me learn ways to cope with difficult emotions and adjust to the new roles in my life. I felt like I had someone in my corner and a safe space where I could let it all out every week.
It was refreshing to have a latinx therapist who just gets it! Arleth helped to bring awareness to and process my transgenerational trauma. She is great at what she does. I highly recommend her.
