Experiencing personal transformations can bring both liberation and joy, but they can also cause upheaval and stress. Every day, we go through a series of small revolutions, realizations, adjustments, and changes that expand and contract our beings. As a mental health practitioner with a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals can release, process, unpack, and unwind. Essentially, it's a space to breathe. It's crucial to learn to show yourself kindness and compassion, even if you struggle with feeling deserving of it. Because you truly are! Today is the day to embrace it.
