Every day, we go through a series of small revolutions, realizations, adjustments, and changes that expand and contract our beings. As a mental health practitioner with a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals can release, process, unpack, and unwind. Essentially, it's a space to breathe. It's crucial to learn to show yourself kindness and compassion, even if you struggle with feeling deserving of it. Because you truly are! I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
