What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy approach is client centered... that means you are in the driver's seat and I am here to share my knowledge to help you reach your goals. I help you become more self aware about your beliefs, strengths, values, and attitudes, which drive all of our thoughts and actions. Whether you are going through a major life transition or just needing an empathetic and compassionate practitioner, I am here for you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

New clients will always have an assessment and then collaborate on a treatment plan. Once we know what you are working towards, we will spend roughly 12 sessions helping you use your strengths to reach your long term and short term goals. My sessions are one hour long, but can be shorter if appropriate to treatment.
