Hello, my name is Arnoldo Montelongo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in End-of-Life care, Medical Trauma, support for Medical Parents, Depression, and Anxiety. Together, we develop healthy coping strategies, build adaptive skills, and find ways to navigate hardships. My communication style I am transparent, honest, and respectful with clients. Creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment is key to collaborating with each individual. My tone is soft and calm, but I can be direct when needed. My journey to therapy I became a therapist to use my skills to help others. Since age 10, whether tutoring, volunteering, or training new staff, I have always wanted to help. I enjoy seeing individuals reach their full potential.
