I founded my practice, Nexum HC, with a deep-rooted mission to revolutionize the mental health care industry by providing easy access to comprehensive and affordable services. Growing up in a small town and witnessing the limited resources and barriers to treatment, I became determined to make a difference. After earning my Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, I have been committed to ensuring that mental health care is readily available and affordable for all individuals, regardless of their background or location.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Are you constantly lacking energy or motivation? Feeling lonely or isolated? Anxious or worried way too often? No longer enjoying the things you used to? Are you or your child struggling with any common mental health issue like anxiety, depression, or ADHD? Do family events stress you instead of rejuvenate you? Do you crave connection but then push it away? Healing starts here! As a licensed clinical social worker, I have dedicated the past 7 years to helping people navigate life's challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With a deep understanding of human behavior and family systems theory, I strive to create lasting change with empathy, wisdom and evidenced based practice. My goal in my practice is to resolve concrete "here and now" issues, as opposed to painstakingly dissecting a client's life history. My clients, feel freer and happier, are able to work with family as a team and have more fun. In most cases, restructuring the cycle of functional/relationship problems can be accomplished in less than 15 sessions. Initial risk-free consultation.
