I am an LLMSW therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient mental health settings. My clinical experience includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional or behavioral challenges. I use a client-centered approach and incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic interventions based on each client’s individual needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working toward meaningful change. I value cultural sensitivity and respect each client’s unique background, beliefs, experiences, and strengths.
