What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is to give you a voice so that you can be heard in a nonjudgmental space. I will work with you in finding solutions to your problems so you can live a life that fits with your values, goals and beliefs. I have a doctorate degree in therapy and have an acute way of balancing knowledge about your problem and solutions to the problem.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are typically done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on what is he best fit for you. In sessions we work together for an hour, tackling problems to help you find solutions and live a life more aligned with who you are. You can expect that we will work together for the length of time that you need, so that your experience can be one of fulfillment and change.
