I’m Arthur Belmont, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, teens, and families create meaningful and lasting change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, anger, and other emotional challenges. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their goals. I’m also proud to offer specialized support for members of the LGBTQI+ and military communities, with an approach tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach. I maintain active licenses in California, Florida, Michigan, and Texas and provide services through telehealth to clients in these states. I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and meaningful personal growth.
