Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I dedicated 10 years of my life to military service before transitioning to the field of psychotherapy. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Since 2007, it has been my privilege to help individuals better understand themselves, communicate more effectively with others, and release toxic shame and guilt that may stand in the way of finding joy and fulfillment in life. I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering individual, family, and partnership therapy. Over the years, I've found that most people seek support in three key areas—relationships, trauma, and addiction—often navigating a combination of these challenges. Because of this, I have chosen to specialize in these areas, providing tailored guidance to help clients move forward with confidence and clarity. Additionally, I offer Christian counseling for those who wish to integrate their faith into the healing process. We humans are complex, and meaningful growth requires a holistic perspective when assessing where we are and where we want to go. My approach centers on helping clients embrace their full selves, find balance, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling lives. I look forward to working with you.
