Psychotherapist
WA
Hi, I'm Asha! You are not broken and don't need fixing-but you do deserve support. I help people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck find their way back to themselves. Whether navigating trauma, self-doubt, or craving more ease, we'll work together to rebuild self-trust and reconnect with what truly matters. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already have the wisdom you need-sometimes you just need support to uncover it. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Southern Nazarene University, which informs my compassionate, holistic approach. My approach I use somatic practices and mindfulness techniques to help you feel more grounded and at ease in your body, emotions, and thoughts. Rather than pushing feelings away, you'll learn to navigate them with curiosity and self-compassion. This strengthens self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience-helping you move through life with more confidence and clarity. My focus I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, trouble relaxing, and chronic pain. Whether overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, therapy can help you find stability and relief. I take a holistic, compassionate approach-helping you reconnect with your strengths, build emotional stability, and face life's challenges with confidence and clarity. No matter your journey, you don't have to go through it alone. My communication style I am direct and open, allowing space for quiet reflection. I practice reflective listening and bring observations about subconscious actions like fidgeting into the conversation to help these tender parts express as needed. Somatic attachment therapy is based on a mindfulness practice called inner relationship focusing, consisting of four phases: coming in, being with, deepening contact, and coming out.
