Ashelea Mccain, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
"Hi, I'm Ashelea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self‚without fear of judgment. I work with individuals ( children, teens, young adults, adults and older adults), couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those seasons when you simply feel stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to move forward. I'm compassionate when you need support and willing to gently challenge you when growth requires it. Whether you're trying to heal from something that happened years ago, navigate something happening right now, or simply become more intentional about the life you want, you don't have to figure it all out alone. We'll work together, one step at a time."

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
