Through my signature method, The Regulated Mother System, I help mothers and parents who are stuck in survival mode. We help you get to the root and untangle deep emotional patterns, reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, finding grounded, doable tools for your family. I use a blend of somatic techniques and subconscious reprogramming to rewrite your beliefs. I'm a therapist, hypnotherapist, and movement-based healer - but also a mom, a soft-hearted overthinker, and a Mother who's been through her own unraveling.
