My approach to therapy is simple. I believe it begins with an open conversation between two or more individuals. It is a collaborative process where my role as the therapist is to help facilitate the session dictated by your needs. Sharing thoughts, fears, hopes, and concerns in a non-judgmental atmosphere fosters a safe and welcoming environment for personal growth. I provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and young adults. My areas of interest include anxiety; depression; life transitions; parenting; postpartum depression and anxiety; trauma; stress management; couples counseling; and career stress. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College. I am excited to work with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Self-exploration through therapy should be celebrated and not stigmatized. I received graduate education and training at the University of Pittsburgh which emphasized a collaborative process between client and therapist. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all of my clients.
