Ashlee Cochran, LPC

Psychotherapist
OK
Hello, I'm Ashlee. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree, I have meaningful conversations and walk with my clients through hard times toward healing. I offer accessible skills to cope that allow clients to feel improvement early in the therapeutic process. Understanding that each client is different, my therapeutic approach meets each client where they are, specific to their individual needs. In my 7 years of practice, I have honed a trauma-informed approach that is accepting of everyone and holistic, taking into account all aspects of well-being. There is no need to worry about judgment here. I want you to be yourself so that I can best help you. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. Our lives have Maley pieces to them. Some are hard, unappealing. Some are easy, beautiful. When we are stuck with the unappealing pieces, we can forget the beautiful ones. I consider my job to be transforming and integrating those unappealing pieces into part of an amazing whole. In the first session, we will collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan. In subsequent sessions, dialogue will be tailored to address the goals set and skills will be offered for implementation. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change and healing. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
