With over a decade of experience, I have worked both in community mental health and private practice, providing individual adults support in a variety of areas. Currently, I provide convenient Telehealth sessions. My techniques include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. I take a holistic and client-centered approach to counseling, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique story and needs. Therapy is about growth, encompassing physical, emotional, social, occupational, and cognitive health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling with my husband and rescue dog, and prioritizing continued improvement and growth in my own life
