Sometimes the overwhelming feeling of life changes can get the best of us. This can include new spouses, childbirth, career changes, or even college transitions. I help people manage the symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Together, we can formulate a plan tailored just for your specific needs. I can teach you strategies to cope with the thoughts that seem uncontrollable. Many times, these thoughts can make it difficult to navigate everyday life. Having a person who is dedicated to your healing process just as much as you are can make this journey enlightening. I have years of practice related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My down-to-earth personality helps me build a close connection with my clients. My therapeutic methods include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR for trauma. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your path to healing.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
