“Working with Dr. Ashlee has truly been life-changing for me. Our work together around attachment and boundaries has completely shifted how I understand myself and my relationships. She has helped me unpack childhood and relational trauma with both care and clarity, while also gently challenging me to grow. As a BIPOC, career driven woman, I carry a lot of pressure and responsibility, and she has created a space where I feel seen in the full context of my identity. Through our work, I’ve experienced real self discovery and what feels like a recalibration of my nervous system. I’m more grounded, more aware of my patterns, and more confident in maintaining healthy boundaries. Therapy with her has not just been insightful. It has been transformative.”

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are conducted online via video. A free 15-minute consultation helps ensure we're a good fit. Sessions are typically 45 minutes where I will listen to your concerns, conduct a mental status and risk assessment, we will discuss and process whatever topic you would like to bring to therapy, and then we will develop a plan to navigate next therapeutic steps. Therapeutic exercises may be provided in session depending on clinical judgement/assessment, etc. Together, we’ll explore your needs and goals—building a tailored plan that supports deep emotional healing, renewed confidence, clarity, and growth. If you're ready to explore therapy that honors your whole self—spiritually, emotionally, culturally—please reach out.
