Hello & welcome! I believe that we should prioritize our mental health just as much as we do our physical health. It is very easy to keep trudging along without taking the time to feel our feelings or process our emotions. In therapy, I provide a non-judgmental space to explore past and present feelings and situations. Therapy is not one size fits all and everyone has different needs. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, authenticity, and my own lived experience. I specialize in substance use and alcohol use issues, depression and anxiety, and navigating emotional disturbances to find peace. I have experience in navigating culturally-related issues. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and experiences and believe in using an affirming and culturally responsive approach. I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship built on trust to empower you to be the best version of yourself while loving yourself along the way. It is possible to get to a place of peace and learn how to navigate the difficulty of life.
