Hello, I’m Ashleigh (she/hers) and I am an LCSW. I am biracial (Filipina/White) and I was born and raised in San Diego County. I love hiking, doing yoga, reading, and going on adventures with my toddler! ‍ I love working with... I enjoy supporting individuals who feel challenged with anxiety, depressive symptoms, trauma, self-esteem, and difficult life transitions. I have experience working with youth, adults, parents, military, and first generation. ‍ Some of my favorite approaches include... To honor the many parts of a client, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic experiencing. I also bring a therapeutic lens that acknowledges how clients’ culture, background, and intergenerational dynamics play a role in how they engage with the world and how the many systems that they are a part of impact their well-being and nervous system. ‍ How I help... I feel deep gratitude in sharing space with clients to offer connection, techniques, and practices that cultivate healing, authenticity, and growth.
