Getting to know Ashleigh Lee

I’m a licensed counselor committed to helping individuals and couples learn to have healthier relationships with themselves and each other. My work focuses on supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, pre- and postpartum concerns, and relationship issues. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University, which equips me with the skills to provide effective, compassionate care. I’m passionate about integrating research-based therapeutic skills with sound, biblical principles to care for clients from a Christian perspective. As a married mother of three, I understand firsthand the ups and downs of living a real life. I believe in partnering with you right where you are to help you reach your counseling goals for yourself, your relationships, and your future.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I often use an integrative approach in my practice to best meet the unique needs of each individual and couple. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. For example, we may decide to use a combination of evidenced-based CBT, Narrative Therapy, etc. to address your specific concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer Telehealth therapy online via video, in the comfort of your own home, office, or even car. I'm available weekdays and evenings.
