Getting to know Ashley Alpert

Are you looking for a psychotherapist during these tough times? I work with children and adults who struggle with behavioral issues, ADHD/learning disorders, divorce, depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. Many believe disorders are a disability, but I know this to be wrong. They only make you stronger and do not have to keep you from living a full and healthy life. It may be time to tap into your inner strength, and I am here to help. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University – Los Angeles and entered the field specifically to help those who are struggling emotionally and physically. I teach healthy coping tools so clients can live a full and happy life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice by utilizing talk therapy, DBT skills, guided meditation, breath work, and CBT therapy. I organize around the patient, and create the best treatment plan for each individual.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There is an initial intake, and then together we set goals to improve the quality of life.
