I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have experience working at multiple institution the Houston Medical Center and specialize in working with all populations, particularly Woman and Veterans. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and a safe space to help individuals deal with many life issues such as adjustment issues, grief and loss, maternal mental health, and depression/anxiety

What should a new client know about working with you?

After sessions, clients can expect to take away a range of insights and tools. They will gain new insight regarding problems, decision making, and strategies. Clients should feel as though they are being heard and empowered. I use various treatment modalities that are tailored to individual needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process between client and clinician. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and designed to offer supportive, structured, and compassionate assistance. I work jointly with clients to help navigate challenges, reduce unhealthy behaviors, and gain healthy coping strategies.
