Psychotherapist
FL
When you decide to invite me along your life's journey, I consider it an honor and a privilege. Regardless of your stage in life, you can expect to be treated with dignity and respect. I work collaboratively with couples, young adults, and individuals to help them maximize their quality of life. Sometimes life circumstances can make it hard for us to see beyond difficult situations. Using compassion and evidence-based approaches, I seek to help individuals identify tools that will assist in navigating those challenging times. I have years of experience working with individuals experiencing self-doubt, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjusting to the effects of disabilities. I am passionate about providing hope for all of life's struggles. In my practice, I want to help you improve relationships-starting with the most important relationship, the relationship with yourself. Whether you are single, dating, married, or navigating a divorce, I want to help you be the best version of you. I hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University. I am trained in prolonged exposure therapy and provide trauma treatment to veterans and individuals experiencing complex PTSD. I am also a Gottman-trained couples counselor. Often, unresolved issues spill over into relationships, so I work with couples in premarital and marital counseling as well. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
