Hello! I am so glad we could connect. I want to first acknowledge and congratulate you for taking this first step toward your own personal growth and healing. My name is Ashley, and I am a licensed mental health therapist in Florida. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have a strong passion for this profession and have spent my entire career growing and learning to provide a meaningful therapeutic experience. I am a true believer in the power of therapy, and mental health awareness is an initiative I fully support.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Ashley is intelligent, direct, and warm. She does an excellent job listening and then explain what she is hearing. Ashley clearly articulated how I'm feeling and presents me with opportunities to explore my emotions. She gives me assignments to aid me in leaning skills and applying them in my daily life. Ashley is easy to talk to, insightful and encouraging. She has made the process feel achievable, and enjoyable. I look forward to my time with Ashley and recommended her to a family member.

Ashley is the best therapist I have had since I started therapy. I have a lot of childhood trauma that she is helping me work through and she is absolutely fantastic. She is down to earth and real and genuinely cares. I find myself excited for our sessions and excited to book more in the future. 10/10!
