Getting to know Ashley Buffington

One of my greatest passions is to help people experience TRUE peace and emotional well-being. A combination of life experiences and relationships impacts how we see ourselves and the world. These experiences can lead us to joy and fulfillment or a life bogged down by anxiety, trauma, and even despair. If you are experiencing any of these, you may have tried "thinking positively" or coping through distractions. I don't know about you, but trying to "think positive" while feeling depressed can feel like more work than it is worth, and distractions often move us further away from our ultimate goals. I use a compassionate and warm approach to help you identify the barriers to the life you want and provide concrete steps to help you turn things around. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and my Master's in Community Counseling from Mercer University, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. I look forward to working with you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
