My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I am particularly passionate about empowering women and gender nonconforming individuals to build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and regain a sense of control in their lives. While I treat a range of concerns—including anxiety, depression, and life transitions—my primary area of focus is working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-esteem.
