Ashley Couch, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi, I'm Ashley! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), health/wellness coach, and mental health advocate passionate about helping others become their authentic selves. I have 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults in various community, school-based, and clinical settings. I utilize a strengths based approach to empower others to practice the courage and vulnerability to first love themselves. I am a big proponent of radical self-love and the connection between mind, body, and soul. I wholeheartedly believe that truly loving ourselves is the key to overcoming shame & perfectionism and to building confidence and long-lasting change. I help to bridge the gap between traditional psychotherapy and deep somatic healing. I integrate clinical interventions with Yoga Nidra, an evidence-based, deeply restorative mindfulness practice designed to release stored stress and emotions and rewire the nervous system.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
