What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss as well as major life changes. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the challenges that are concerning you most and will create a plan together to address them in a manner that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see improvement in symptoms within the first month!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my practice. In your first sessions we will explore what brings you to therapy, what you would like to achieve and then together develop an action plan that will likely incorporate one or more of these modalities to help you reach your goals.
