Getting to know Ashley Derdzikowski

As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your fears and resolve the challenges you face in life through therapy. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, social media addiction, or co-occurring issues, I am here to support you through these difficulties. I offer a solution-focused, person-centered approach in a non-judgmental environment to help you develop the confidence and skills you can use as tools to create meaningful change. I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples who need support and guidance. As a therapist, my role is to help clients examine their subjective truths and focus on reframing these thoughts into a more authentic reality-you do not have to do this alone! I am a licensed professional counselor and a certified school counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, co-occurring disorders, and addiction.
