Dr. Derenbecker earned her Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Alexandria Veteran’s Affairs Health Care Services. Dr. Derenbecker is an 11-year Navy Veteran with a passion for working with Veterans and loved ones of Veterans. Her prior experience as a service member brings a unique perspective and special appreciation for work with service members, Veterans, first responders, and their families. She has a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
