As a certified yoga instructor and associate counselor, my goal is to help people find their version of wellness. I work with individuals from 16-75 that may be experiencing burn out, anxiety, depression, challenges processing trauma, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. We'll experiment with different techniques and therapeutic approaches to ensure we find the right fit for you. Each person is unique and deserves a personalized approach. It's important to me that we find the right style of talk therapy that fits what you're looking for and strategies that are realistic in your day to day.
