What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can be their full, authentic selves. My goal is to help you feel more confident, clear, and in control of your emotions and decisions. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools, new insights, and the sense that you’re not navigating things alone. Progress looks different for everyone—but we’ll celebrate it every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At The Breakthrough Space, therapy is a collaborative and personalized experience. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other—I'll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and any relevant background that helps us understand the full picture. It's a low-pressure space to share as much or as little as you feel ready for. As we continue working together, sessions typically include space for reflection, identifying patterns, building practical coping tools, and exploring thoughts and emotions at your pace. I’ll offer guidance and structure when needed, but therapy is always tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or just feeling stuck, our work will focus on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and clear about your next steps.
